On January 18, 2023, at 12:00 PM, in conjunction with SCORE, I will present a court titled “Key Agreements That All Small Business Owners Should Have”

The link to register is: Key Agreements That All Small Business Owners Should Have | SCORE

I will discuss what agreements and contracts you, as a small business owner, should have. Examples would be operating agreements, shareholder agreements, buy-sell, vendor contracts, subcontractor contracts, bylaws, agreements you should have with your employees/contractors, and other documents.

Anyone that owns a small business and is unsure if they have the proper agreements in place should join this webinar. I’ll be happy to answer questions on a specific agreement or contract you either already have or think you should have.

Even if you don’t have specific questions, it would be beneficial to join because I may talk about an agreement you don’t have but think you should have in place. If you have questions about what legal contracts you have or should have, feel free to contact me.

*** Also, as an update, my office has moved to 2 Summer Street, Suite 307, Natick, MA 01760.
